Im at the Hilton Hampton Inn and Suites at 445 Pittsfield Rd Lenox MA and I must say this hotel is a HIDDEN GEM. The facilities, the Staff even the Contractors that are here RENOVATING as if it wasnt Beautiful enough. But I must give credit where its Due. The Housekeeping Staff here is Impeccable. Our automatic front doors opened 10,000 times in one 24 day… in the salty snowy mess (that is ALSO tended to Immediately. Everything is gorgeous here and a one Steve Curley, the Hotel Manager (and Second Best Dressed Gentleman next to ME lol)is ON POINT. Gracious, congenial and So kind. ALL the Front Desk staff are Friendly, Engaging and Human. However for most Honorable Mention my Hat goes OFF to Ms. Maryellen Bordeau. Assistant Hotel Manager has her Finger ON THE PULSE of All the local resources. Her Knowledge of Fine Dining, Wines and local amenities is Still befuddling to me She decorated this ENTIRE PLACE FOR CHRISTMAS WITH A STYLISH APLOMB. My name is: Giovanni Gerrard Pairpont Buckingham Miller IV Kotenwater. And I am JP Morgan’s Great Granson and my great grandy father would slap five Stars all over this non Pretentious, Shmumfy Hotel with, get this— a Nature Reserve Dedicated to The Toole Family with trails wildlife and peaceful respites Aplenty. My puppydog, Sunshine LOVES IT HERE! I have stayed at plenty if five Star Hotels but ive decided to take up residency here for a while because I CANT WAIT to see these Grounds in the Spring and Summer. There are Deer, bunnies, beaver, birds….imagine it bloom. The Hilton Hampton Inn and Suites in Lenox MA is the MOST LOVING hotel to the guests PuppyDogs with treats toys Canine Carte Blanche. We were traveling so only stayed one night but we feel that we can always count on a Hampton Inn to be a good place to stay.
Carol and I have stayed here previously..and as in the previous visits Hampton hit a homerun. From the courteous welcome at the front desk to the spacious room that greeted us after a three hr drive to the great continental breakfast and if you wanted a coffee in the afternoon, various brands were waiting for you and chocolate chip cookies for the kids. Very family friendly..
